    2. Types of Data and Collection Methods. Through the Websites, PAPA Healthcare receives two different types of information about you.

      a. Personally Identifiable Information. PAPA Healthcare may collect Personally Identifiable Information (“PII” or “Personal Information”) such as your name, email address(es), mailing address(es), telephone number(s), and certain information related to the business you represent, e.g. number of employees and provider type. b. Anonymous Information. PAPA Healthcare may collect information that does not permit direct association with a specific individual (“Anonymous Information”). PAPA Healthcare uses tracking technology such as “cookies” and IP addresses.  Cookies are small data files stored on your computer’s hard drive to collect information. When you visit the Websites, PAPA Healthcare also passively tracks information from your computer and Internet connection, such as the IP address of computers and/or Internet service providers, the date and time of Website access, computer technology used, user experience data and interactions on the service applications. You do not need to have cookies turned on to visit our Websites. You can refuse cookies by turning them off on your browser. If you choose to access a Website that requires registration, you need to accept a mandatory session cookie, which you may delete after you leave the Website. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but allow users to reject cookies by changing the browser preferences. If you have set up your browser to reject cookies, some aspects of our Websites, will not work properly.

    3. Collection, Purposes, Use of Data.

PAPA Healthcare collects PII primarily for two purposes. First, we collect PII for the purpose for which you originally sent us the information. Second, we collect PII for purposes of contacting you to further discuss your interest in PAPA Healthcare, the services PAPA Healthcare provides, and ways PAPA Healthcare can improve its services.

If at any time after registration or if you have been contacted, you change your mind about receiving information from us, send us a request specifying your new choice. Simply send your request to info@PAPAhealthcare.com.

In addition, many browsers and mobile operating systems enable you to indicate your preference regarding online tracking. You can set your browser or mobile operating system to a “do not track” or similar setting and, when your browser or mobile operating system passes your request to us, we will not serve you targeted advertising, although we may continue to collect Anonymous Information about your use of the Website.
